REFUND POLICY

EOI Refund Policy

The Expression of Interest (EOI) amount paid towards Riviera, Neral is fully refundable with zero deduction, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

In case a customer wishes to cancel their EOI and the cancellation is approved, the refund process will be initiated accordingly.

The approved refund amount will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation of cancellation.

Please note that payment of the EOI amount does not constitute an Agreement for Sale, booking confirmation, or final allotment of any unit.

The EOI only indicates the customer's intention to purchase a residential unit in the project and remains subject to unit availability, final pricing, project terms, and allotment at the time of official booking.
